If you order an OUT WITH A BANG package from us, you will be required to send us your contact information and an image of your proof of age / identification document. This information is sent directly to us via email so that we can process and send your order. Your personal information is NOT stored on this website and is not accessible by any other user. By completing our order form, you consent to your information being used in this manner.
Your personal data submitted through our secure order form will be forwarded to our fireworks package fulfillment company to assemble and ship your order directly to you. That data will not be shared with any other party.
However, if you wish to send us a video link of your OUT WITH A BANG ceremony, we would be very pleased to receive it! Enjoy your OUT WITH A BANG experience with complete confidence that you will subsequently remain anonymous – possibly for the rest of your life.
Underage use of this website
By completing our order form, you are confirming that you are aged 19 or older. When you upload of an image of your personal identification document you are assuring OUT WITH A BANG that you are indeed aged 19 years or older. The parties (OUT WITH A BANG and our customers) agree to save each other harmless of any and all damages (including interests and legal fees) caused by any false or incomplete declaration and representations.

Unfortunately, transmitting information via the internet is never completely secure and is at your own risk. We will use all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your personal data which is very briefly held by us.
